Once you have found a good structure, it is important to define individual steps and to create a plan that determines the implementation of your work. Nothing is worse than simply getting started and failing in the middle of the project, because it was not created in single feasible steps - or if you, the author, never finish the book, because of lack of organisation. You should therefore define your goals in advance and stick to a deadline. A bit of pressure never hurts. Completing your novel is much easier if you set subgoals and break them down into smaller goals. Set up a schedule and also make a checklist with all the points that you need to consider during writing. Once you have successfully achieved goals, you can reward yourself.
